Changes often happen when new technology is created and introduced in our society. The relationship between changes in human civilization and technology is deep. However, even though the starting point of changes are science and technology, the fundamental changes in society–changes in culture are hard to be made.

This is because science and technology have not been accepted into society, which means the technology failed to become a culture.
